Shared house 1 mile from start

We have a basement room with a futon and a private bath. The room has a TV, small closet, chest-of-drawers, and 2 chairs. It can fit two people a little tight. The bathroom is on the main floor reserved for our guests. You will have full access to the living room, kitchen, and back deck shared with the two of us. We are in the process of remodeling the house, so there are a few unfinished areas (mostly finish work). If you need space for 3 we have an upstairs room with a twin bed available for an additional $25. There is no A/C in the upstairs, so it can get a little hot depending on the weather.
