AVAILABLE FOR 1/2 IRONMAN June 23-27th (4 nights) as well as FULL IRONMAN August 17-22nd (5 nights)!!! Approx. 1 mile from starting line and within blocks of downtown and beaches! Race passes only 1/2 block from the home!!!! You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the festivities, sun and views of lake Coeur d'Alene. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with views of the lake. The master suite has a king size bed, jetted tub, and a balcony that looks over Lake CDA! Nice private Suite in finished basement with private bathroom and living space. 2 main floor rooms with one fold out couch in private bedroom and another private bedroom with combined mattress king bed. Nice BIG fenced in yard for a well behaved dog. Maximum occupancy for rental 8 people. Comfortable living and well decorated. Quiet tree lined neighborhood. Wifi available. Only 1 block from the beautiful Sanders Beach as well as miles of walking trails on Tubbs Hill. You would be able to walk downtown to enjoy the nightlife and Ironman festivities without having to worry about driving or parking! If you don't want to leave the house, enjoy the large deck, outdoor fireplace or infra-red sauna! $3,000 for 4 nights from August 17th- August 22nd (4% credit card fee) for FULL IRONMAN $2,500 for 4 nights from June 23rd-June 27th (4% credit card fee) for HALF IRONMAN $1,500 non-refundable security deposit. $100 cleaning fee. $200 pet deposit if applicable. $500 fully refundable damage deposit due upon arrival.
