Contemporary layout includes 1 bedrooms, 1 private baths , deck with bbq perfect for summer evenings. 1 king bed and 1 hide a bed Additional features include secure wireless internet, 1 flat screen TVs This is a private year round apartment for anglers. Therefore, it has most everything you would need for a comfortable stay, and we ask that you leave it as you found it. We request no smoking or pets. $400 per night, minimum 5 nights. Will discount additional nights, if you wish to extend your stay. First half due upon booking to reserve. Refundable only if we can rebook, once you cancel. Second half due June 1st, along with a damage deposit of $1000 which we will hold, and refund in full within 2 weeks of departure, if no damage or extreme cleaning is needed.
