• 1.25 mile from the City Park (location of Ironman Village, check in and start) • Less than 1 mile from Ironman finish • 1/2 block from run course, 3 blocks from bike course Located in the Sanders Beach area of Coeur d’Alene, close to beach, hiking trails, shopping and restaurants. Contemporary layout includes 2 large bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, laundry, beautiful landscaped yard with pond/water feature and BBQ – perfect for summer evenings. 2 queen beds and complete privacy as each bedroom/bath is separated by a main floor between them. Additional features include secure wireless internet, 3 flat screen TVs (HDTV/BluRay in main living space). This is a private year round home and not a vacation rental. Therefore, it has most everything you would need for a comfortable stay, and we ask that you leave it as you found it. We request no smoking or pets. $400 per night, minimum 5 nights. Will discount additional nights, if you wish to extend your stay. First half due upon booking to reserve. Refundable only if we can re-book, once you cancel. Second half due June 1st, along with a non-refundable cleaning deposit of $75, and damage deposit of $200 which we will hold, and refund in full within 2 weeks of departure, if no damage or extreme cleaning is needed.
