Beautiful private home nestled on 1/3 acre amongst the trees just below Canfield Mountain. 3 bdrm/3 ba home with all the amenities. King size bed in master, queen in bedroom 2 and 2 singles in bedroom #3. Bonus room over garage will sleep more.Spend the day swimming in the pool or lounging in the spa relaxing those tired muscles. Fully fenced rear yard with patios and large BBQ. Refrigerator/freezer w/ice & water, gas stove/oven, dishwasher and air conditioning. Satellite TV & wi-fi.This has been an Ironman rental for the past 6 years.Our comeback competitor is not returning this year so the house is available to a new family. A 1/2 non refundable deposit would be due immediately then the balance is due 15 days before the event. $1000 security/damage deposit held until you leave.
